Our client based in Fordingbridge has an immediate start vacancy for an experienced Site Manager to lead and orchestrate all projects on daily basis, delivering in accordance to set out project plan and quotation. The ideal candidate will show skills in providing leadership, support and guidance to all team members of the project ensuring that quality is maintained, and all Health and Safety rules are adhered to at all times. The role might occasionally require hands-on support to the project and installation team, this will involve manual handling of materials.

An effective Site Manager will liaise effectively with clients and everyone involved in the project to maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, and act as an ambassador for the company in all dealings with existing and potential new customers.

The duties will also involve; scheduling of materials, site deliveries, record keeping of variations, extras, costings and updating the client accordingly. Weekly reports to the Operations/Commercial Director on live projects highlighting any issues, delays or customer concerns.
