My client is the LEADING growing hotel brand in the U.K. offering state-of-the-art facilities for outstanding thought-out sites and are one of the leaders, setting the standard. They are looking to appoint a Food and Beverage Manager for their hotel in Hertfordshire.

The Role

To ensure the effective running of the front desk, leading the front desk team and training new members of the team.

Key Responsibilities

* Maximising guest satisfaction and training the team to give the best possible service.
* Handling personnel issues, including interviewing, appraisals and monitoring of all performance.
* Working closely with other departments in the hotel and communicating clearly.
* Managing all fire and health and safety in line with the hotel's procedures.
* Conducting guest satisfaction questionnaires and reporting the feedback.

The Person

* You will be naturally warm and friendly and love dealing with new customers, giving the best customer service at all times.
* Ideally you will come from a luxury hotel background
* Experience with Opera is highly beneficial
* You must have previous experience of training, developing and managing a team
