Data & Reporting Analyst - SAP: As a result of significant and sustained diversification & growth an experienced Data & Reporting Analyst with expertise of using and interrogating SAP is required to provide reports, data and analytics for one of the UK's premium wine distributors, with a portfolio of quality brands from across the globe.

The Data & Reporting Analyst will join an experienced and passionate company that sells premium wines and sherries to both the on and off trade sectors. In order help develop further growth the successful candidate will support the Managing Director and Sales Team with the delivery of data led SAP reports and analysis.

Regular liaison with the head office in southern Spain is required, therefore fluent written and spoken Spanish is essential.

Key responsibilities:
*Support both the Managing Director and the sales function with the creation and maintenance of clear accurate sales reports
*Production of detailed month-end and year-end sales reports. The end of month report will include preparing a PowerPoint presentation with company news stories, main activities, new listings, etc.
*End of month analysis of contribution by brand and sales area and end of month monitoring of the company overhead spend. Flag up anomalies, trends and potential deficits.
*Support the annual production of marketing and sales budgets and overseeing the attainment of targets
*Analysis of overhead spending (against budgets) and undertake elements of internal audit where necessary
*Ownership of the GBUK price file. Maintenance of the price file with annual duty (tax) changes and changes in transfer prices. Maintaining chain prices and updating individual customer prices on SAP
*Support Marketing with creation of documents showing monthly current spend against budget spend
*Work with Finance and Logistics in Spain to assure correct assignment of logistic costs to each customer. Working with the MD and Sales dept. on ways to reduce logistics spending and increase efficiency

Skills and Experience:
*Experience with SAP (ideally with SD sales module)
*Fluent Spanish, written and verbal
*Graduate calibre candidate (finance/business studies/economics)
*Experience of CRM reporting systems (desirable)
*Good excel skills
*Strong & proven numeracy (able to read and assess financial data)
*Good communication skills
*Own transport ideal
