Responsibilities include:
• General reception duties including greeting patients, handling phone calls and emails
• Processing payments via card machine
• Managing and administering appointments diary
• Working closely with team of professionals to ensure a great experience for patients
• Clinic housekeeping

Qualities Required:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, helpful, personable and friendly both in person and on telephone
• Must be flexible, trustworthy, punctual and reliable
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Someone who enjoys working with the general public
• Computer literate

Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 15hrs per week
Location: Andover Town Centre
