We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to work under a Company Director helping with a wide range of tasks from basic office requirements to extremely essential tasks including looking after a property portfolio and property management.

Requirements:

- Proficient in Office MS especially Excel and Word
- Well spoken and written English (must)
- Experience in Property Management required.
- Extremely organised as there will be a large amount of documents to handle (must)
- Strong written and verbal communication

Job includes but is not limited to:

- Absolute email management
- Diary management and scheduling meetings
- Travel itineraries

An ideal candidate will possess the below abilities:

- A strong and energetic approach to tasks
- Able to cope under pressure
- Innovative and able to find new ways to solve problems
- Organisational skills
- Common sense, reliability, efficiency
- Must take pride in presentation.
