HULA WEST DIDSBURY
UP TO £24,000 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
Due to internal promotion, we have a vacancy for an experienced General Manager to come on-board our at Hula West Didsbury site. The sister site to the infamous Hula in Northern Quarter, Hula West Didsbury is a 110 capacity bar set on Burton Road. It currently trades 5 days a week from Wednesday to Sunday with a late licence till 2am on Friday and Saturday. Light hearted and fun, Hula WD is all about bringing great service, tiki fun, live music and cocktails to the suburbs. It’s chilled on a midweek night, offering live music, salsa and quizzes, and comes a live with people partying into the early hours come the weekend! This is a very hands on role looking after a small team of bartenders, so previous cocktail experience and a genuine love of bar tendering is a must!
What we need from you as a General Manager:
•Have a passion for high quality, and delivering the highest levels of service
•Be a clear and concise communicator and have the ability to multi-task effectively
•Strong understanding and command of liquor GPs, delivering stock results to budget
•Experience of writing rota’s, working within cost constraints. Fourth experience is a bonus.
•Can manage a PNL and a proven track record in delivering campaigns to drive sales and increase profit
•Have the ability to motivate a team and create a strong teamwork ethic
•Hands on manager, with strong cocktail experience and adept at social media

Walrus, Tusk NQ, Rosylee, The Fitzgerald NQ, Hula NQ, Hula West Didsbury, Hula Heaton Moor, Tusk Heaton Moor and Fitzgerald Heaton Moor.
