We have fantastic new opportunities available working for a Global Outsourcing organisation and taking calls and responding to email enquiries from SONOS Customers!

This is a brilliant role for individuals who have a passion for music and customer service whilst having a technical mind to support customers with questions, problems and enquiries relating to SONOS Products and Services.

Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Advisor (Technical) your responsibilities will include:

* Working within a vibrant and fun team you will manage a variety of inbound calls and emails from customers in relation to SONOS products and services
* Providing clear and excellent customer care to existing or new customers, ensuring a high customer satisfaction and NPS through both voice, e-mail and social media contact
* Pro-actively take ownership of open issues and interface successfully with management team
* Follow-up with the customer until the issue is resolved
* Identify, analyse and solve software and hardware issues
* Strong understanding of Broadband & Routers
* Work with music services and all operating systems (Mac, Android, Windows and iOS).
* Demonstrating an ability to troubleshoot, analyse and identify solutions using existing guidelines and tools
* Constantly learn, expand and share your knowledge

Person Specification

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, our client requires individuals with the following experience and/or background:

* Native level of English
* Passion for Music!
* Strong technical capability whether this has been from college, university, self-taught or previous work experience
* Experienced with wireless configuration, router settings, and Internet security software
* Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
* Inquisitive, bright & creative trouble-shooter
* True team player
* Driven to go the extra mile to solve an issue
* Offer excellent communication skills



* Operational Hours: Monday - Saturday (Working 5 days out of 7)
