We are currently seeking an experienced Head Chef which will take full charge of the kitchen of a well-known country hotel and be involved heavily with the creation of menus and budget planning. As Head Chef you will be a vital member of the exceptional restaurant, and be responsible for delivering consistently high standards of catering in their Restaurant and across the hotels range of events. Using a wide range of fresh and local produce you will steer the team to produce high quality dishes and refreshments that showcase our support of Scottish produce, and demonstrate creativity.

Our client would like the Head Chef to be a talented and confident leader and be able to work in a fast pace kitchen which delivers a vibrant and modern menu. Also they would like the Head Chef to be able to show experience in working in similar levels of hospitality.
