Our trusted client are looking for an experienced Administrator who can join their busy office based in Craigmillar- Edinburgh.

This is a part-time position working 25 hours per week. The successful candidate must be available to work 8:30am-1pm Monday-Friday.

The client location is easily accessible by Public Transport and has free on-site parking.

JOB PURPOSE:

- To provide a comprehensive, confidential secretarial and administrative service to office staff.
- To work as part of the secretarial team, taking lead responsibility to provide an efficient and effective audio typing, copy typing, scanning, photocopying and faxing service, including clerical duties.

- Efficient turnaround time of secretarial output to various departments, clients and professional agencies.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

- Well-developed computing/IT skills including word processing and the use of spreadsheets and databases.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work on own initiative.

 

If successful, you will be available to start on the 6th of November.
