Fridays 10am-6pm, 7 hours with 1 hour lunch break.

This is a part-time paid role within a small Edinburgh charity (Leith area) to job-share an administrative role encompassing administrative, financial and reception duties.

Good personal skills and telephone manner are essential to this role as you would need to deal with telephone, e-mail inquiries as well as welcoming clients to the building, and organizing any needed maintenance for the building with trade services.

The administrator role requires good IT skills to use our online booking system and other data input. Ideal candidates would have SAGE experience to help support the finance functions within the organisation.

The position will be subject to a 3 month probationary period.
