Who are Mark Andrew Developments? I hear you ask…. well we started back in 2004 opening our what used to be M20 on the popular Burton Road, West Didsbury. Since then, we have e x p a n d e d, developing a further 8 venues in the heart of the Northern Quarter, and in Manchester’s suburbs.
Rosylee opened in 2014, firstly as a tearoom and has since evolved into a busy 80 cover restaurant and bar,
boasting a massive 120 seater terrace; the best suntrap in the Northern Quarter.
Our cocktail menu is based on classics with some NQ twists, and we have a great selection of wines and spirits and an ever-growing bar trade. We are proud that our kitchen cooks everything from scratch, and the menu offers great selection of dishes, from hand made pizzas, to burgers, to grills, all at affordable prices. Afternoon Tea also is popular at our venue, and we are a firm favourite for large groups and parties, who can also take advantage of the 1920s Fitzgerald Bar which is just upstairs!
This is a growing business with endless potential, and we are looking for a superstar Duty Manager who has a passion for high quality service! At Rosylee you will be able to make effective decisions, have strong marketing ideas, a sound business mind, and a real hands-on leader is what we are looking for!
What we need from you as a Duty Manager:
• Have a passion for high quality, and delivering the highest levels of service
• Be a clear and concise communicator
• Have the ability to multi-task effectively
• Experience of writing rotas, working within cost constraints
• Have an understanding of how to manage budgets and increase revenue
• Have the ability to motivate a team and create a strong teamwork ethic
• The Manager will be expected to undertake customer facing roles where necessary such as complaint handling, menu assistance, reservations etc.
We are specifically looking for applicants with a very strong background in mixology, and candidates who are mainly bar focused, with the ability to lend a hand to the restaurant team on occasion if necessary.
