The successful candidate should ideally have a cheerful, outgoing personality, and a friendly and 'smiling' telephone manner. Educated to a minimum of English ‘Standard Grade’ and have a good working knowledge of excel and word. Numerical skills and attention to detail play major roles in this position. You need to be a confident communicator, well presented and have a professional and disciplined approach to your work at all times. You will be required to work well as part of a team and understand that you have to establish good working relationships to allow you to be able to do your job to the best of your ability. The role will involve taking bookings from customers using a diary system, greeting the customers when they enter the reception, inputting data and various other administrative tasks. You will greet customers on return to collect their vehicles .This is a very brief description as there are numerous other parts to the role.
