Temporary Administration Assistant

Our client was set up in 2000 from a bedroom, and is now a privately owned Limited company with a current annual turnover of over GBP13 million, and they are currently seeking a Temporary Administrator to join their team.

As an Admin Assistant, you will help and work within the purchasing and creative department. Your role will be to help sort the personalised customer orders and general admin.

The Admin Assistant we are looking for will need to be naturally organised and have the ability to multitask, also being able to prioritise and organise your work load and meet deadlines daily.

Your duties as an Admin Assistant will be as follows:-

* Answering the phone
* Excel spreadsheet tasks
* Filing and sorting
* General administration
* Keeping to deadlines
* Possible over-time, evenings and weekends
