My client hotel is the beautiful hotel which is ten miles from Oxford town centre who are now looking for an experience Receptionist to join there front office team.

Main Duties as Receptionists

Your main role as Receptionists will involves responsibility for the welcoming and quality of guest service to all customers in a consistent approach in delivering the excellent service standards at all times within the operation.

As Receptionists you will handle all clients queries complaints in a professional manner at all times and work with a truly professional team.

As Receptionists you will interact with colleagues from other departments within the hotel thus ensuring that customer service is of the highest standard.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

To welcome guests in a courteous and helpful manner, ensuring guest satisfaction through personal recognition.

To comply with company policy regarding floats and access to the safe

To ensure that a suitable method of payment for each guest account at the time of check out.

To show willingness to be flexible at all times in assisting other departments as the needs of the business dictate - with the ultimate aim in mind of providing the best possible service to our guests.
