My client an elegant, luxury 5 star 2 AA Rosette hotel in Inverness is on the lookout for a new Sous Chef to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef at this discreet Georgian mansion retreat.

This position would suit a senior Chef who has a passion for fine dining and classical French techniques. The menu showcases the fantastic local produce with its elegant menus designed to recreate the feel of the highest quality French restaurants.

Ideal candidates will be happy to maintain 2 Rosette standard food whilst training and mentoring more junior members of the kitchen team. Candidates with a solid work history and longevity in roles preferred.

No staff accommodation available but help with local private accommodation for relocators.

The salary is up to £26,500 with tips twice per year.
