Customer Sales Executive
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Sales Team. This is an entry level role aimed at an individual who is committed to develop personally within the sales team and to grow and enhance the business. Experience is not essential but a track record of success and high achievements are. Training and development will be included as well as the opportunity to liaise and integrate with our current Customers. The role involves providing effective support to the Account Manager, and developing an understanding of the retail products, being creative with ideas and suggestions to assist in the growth of the overall sales strategy.
•Supporting the account manager with weekly tasks and duties to include;
•Collation of weekly and monthly sales reports
•Review and analyse competitor activity
•Prepare presentations and product samples
•Build strong relationships with both internal and external customers
•Liase with customers to maintain and develop business relations
•Fully understand the customers’ needs and work to manage time and expectations
•Recommendations for business growth.
•Educated to degree level or equivalent in Sales and Marketing or Business related discipline.
•Strong commercial awareness with experience of developing customer relations
•Excellent Presentation Skills – Verbal and Written
•Strong IT skills in particular with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
•Flexibility - You will be required to travel to other UK sites
•A full and valid UK driving licence is required
This role operates on a Monday to Friday basis.
All candidates must be flexible and prepared to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand.
