We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly efficient Office Administration Manager.

We are an international trading company with suppliers and customers in 48 export markets. The role we are looking to fill includes responsibility for sales order processing for customer 'just in time' orders and an element of bookkeeping support to the Finance Manager.

You will handle and be responsible for the full sales order cycle from receipt of orders, process of order, arrangements with international logistics contractors and communication of orders to customers around the world. Hence, maintaining high customer service levels is a key part of this role. There will also be an element of bookkeeping activities (sales and purchase ledgers) for the business to support the finance department.

Foreign language skills are an advantage.

You need to possess the ability to take on different tasks as you will be involved in processing sales orders and communicating with different parts of the business. Along with your colleagues, you will also be a customer point of contact.

You must have the ability to communicate information effectively in writing and verbally in a professional and educated manner. You must be confident, persuasive and take a mature approach to your work.

The role is full-time Monday - Friday.
