We are a small, independent building contractor and due to rapid growth, we are looking to welcome to the team an Estimator/Sales administrator. Working alongside the directors and project managers, you will hold a vital role in taking clients requirements and producing accordingly estimates and proposals whilst also taking in part of the sale management and administration process too. On a day to day basis you will be working with a variety of projects from renovations, fit-outs, conversions to new builds, whilst also liaising with clients and suppliers to offer the best service and solutions to our customers. Based in St Ives (although home working could be considered) there will be occasional travel to client sites thought out Cambridgeshire.

This role has excellent potential to develop into a more senior position should you have the appetite and desire to grow with the business, but equally welcome applications from those who are happy to remain in a relatively static position.

You will ideally have a background in the building/construction or surveying/QS industry, a background in a sales environment would be advantageous, but by no means essential. We are entirely flexible on the working hours and times, and can happily look at arrangements to work around personal commitments. a competitive OTE package will be offered, where you are recognised and rewarded for your contribution to the business, with a company laptop, phone and vehicle after probation.
