Are you ready to manage a team of Facilities Management Project Managers? Do you have experience of delivering building services projects, whilst working alongside the FM team? Would you like a £60k - £75k salary plus bonus? Read on!

A leading property services company are looking for a FM Head of Projects to join their team in Leeds, covering the North of England.

Responsibilities

The FM Head of Projects will deliver a range of mechanical, electrical and building fabric life cycle projects to a range of existing FM maintenance clients. You will work with clients from a variety of industries, including: rail, retail, healthcare, education and commercial office spaces.

As Head of Projects (FM), you will:

* Manage a team of 3-4 FM Project Managers
* Manage a project budget of c.£6m per year, average project £300k
* Work in conjunction with the various in-house Facilities Management teams across the North of England
* Develop new business opportunities with existing clients within the business.

Requirements

* Facilities Management background, specialising in project management
* Excellent client-facing skills
* Experience as a Senior Project Manager or Head of Projects within FM
* Proven track record of M&E life cycle works
