A new opportunity has become available for a client services consultant in Canary Wharf, East London. As a successful candidate you will be joining a young, independent property company looking for an enthusiastic and organised person with experience in dealing with customers to join their tight-knit, 4 person team.

This position is a great stepping stone into a career within property, ideal if you are waiting on getting a driving license before applying for a more client facing role.

As the successful Client Services Executive your responsibilities will include:

-Keeping in regular contact with landlords and vendors on the company database to discuss current and future sales or letting plans for properties, via both phone and email
-Booking property valuations and potential instructions for sales and lettings managers
-Sourcing potential new leads
-Providing a high level of customer service and advising clients and potential client son changes to the market, legislation etc.
-Updating in-house computer system with comprehensive notes for future contact
-Building strong relationships with Sales and Lettings Managers across the business and keeping in regular contact to book in valuations to follow up


If you are successful you will be joining a company that sees people as their greatest asset and put significant emphasis on internal training and development programmes with support in achieving qualifications.

As a Client Services Consultant you will have a very competitive base salary of £20k for 3 months and, once qualified, a £15k base salary with on-target commission earnings of £27-30k.

You will also be entitled to 21 days holiday (including bank holidays and your birthday off!) which has the opportunity to rise to 25, as well as a company pension scheme.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm with a one hour lunch break.
