We are looking for a talented and passionate Head Chef to join a modern British restaurant in South West London. The head chef will be joining a family of establishments who will invest in the head chef's development as much as they are looking forward in the development of their business.

This is a great opportunity for a head chef to be creative and play with Modern British Cuisine delivering exceptional food in a relaxed fine dining environment.

You will;

* Have a proven background in good quality British gastro pub food or British fine dining
* Have held a Head Chef position in a successful pub or restaurant or will be a senior Sous Chef looking to take the next step in your career.

You will be expected to;

* Improve day-to-day smooth running of the kitchen
* Have a passion for foraging for wild produce
* Train junior kitchen staff
* Keep the kitchen within Food and Hygiene Regulations
