Kingdom Security have a new job opportunity for an Experienced Payroll Administrator, based at our National Support Centre in Newton Le Willows.

Applicants will require experience in all aspects of Payroll Administration.

Pay: GBP19,000.00 - GBP22,000.00 per annum Depending on experience

Hours: 40 per week, Monday - Friday, 09.00 am - 17.00 pm

Role Responsibility:

* Examples of key duties may include (list not exhaustive):
* Payroll process for up to 6000 employee's monthly, using Sage Snowdrop / KCS Payroll package
* Process bonuses, overtime and car allowance payments
* Starters and Leavers process
* Complete Job Centre and CSA payment enquiry forms.
* Employment confirmation letters
* Prepare and issue P45's, P46's, P60's
* Completing all year end / month end (RTI) procedures
* Auto-Enrolment and Pension assessment including monthly submissions to The People's Pension
* Using Logo soft Roster Manager Software.
* Answer all pay related queries
* Liaise with Inland Revenue

Training & Meetings

Attend any relevant training courses or company meetings as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll administration

Applicants should be able to demonstrate -

* Working knowledge of all Microsoft office software
* General office based experience
* Strong communication skills
