Great for a Sous chef looking for their first head chef role or a head chef looking for a great work-life balance and weekends off!!!

An opportunity has come up in the city of London, near Bank station for a head chef who is looking to and move to a Monday-Friday rota - WEEKENDS OFF

This lovely fresh food wine bar group have more than 10 sites based in the city of London, due to internal promotions this rare vacancy has come up.

We need a strong person who has experience with European and/or British cuisines in an a la carte, environment, the majority of the menu will be written for you by the company executive chef, it changes seasonally and you will get an input into it at this time.

This would suit a person who is looking for a good work-life balance and would like WEEKENDS OFF, someone who is good with Kitchen Manager Duties (stock, rotas ordering and GP management), you will have experience working in a fresh food brand and or gastro pub environment.
