BRC are seeking Project Workers in Bristol to work with young people ages 12-25.

You will have the opportunity to work in a wide range of services within the Bristol area, from working with looked after young people ages 12-18 with emotional behaviour difficulties in children’s residential homes to supported housing services for young people and young parents aged 16-25 who are at risk of homelessness.

If you also have experience of working with over 18s as a project worker or in similar settings we also provide to services for adults that have medium to high support needs and are homeless or at risk of homelessness, may have alcohol and substance misuse and have complex social needs.

You can choose from a range of shifts and flexible working patterns for, including early or late shifts, day shifts, sleep in shift or waking nights. You can choose the hours that suit you.

Successful project workers must have:

- At least 6 months paid UK experience, in the last 2 years of working in a similar setting or with a similar client group.
- Be confident in your role as a project worker as some shifts could be lone working.
- Be confident working with this client group and working in potentially challenging services.
