We are looking for an office apprentice to handle general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, post etc.

After completing this Business Administration level 2, you can progress to a higher level Apprenticeship or progress to full time employment with the employer (just show them that you will be a great asset to the team).

Qualifications Required:

Minimum grade C-A* in five GCSE, including Maths and English (or Functional Skills level 2 in both). You will also have good knowledge of IT including all Microsoft packages.

Please note that we are looking non-graduates and school leavers.

Location: Marylebone, London

Key responsibilities at this estate agency will include:

1. Answer the telephone for all departments and take messages when necessary.

2. Produce letters, property, window cards and other documents using RPS and Word when directed to do so.

3. Order and log property photographs, floor plans and for sale boards when necessary.

4. Provide cover for other departments, including reception, when instructed.

5. Order andlogoffice stationary.

6. Produce canvass letters.

7. Operate and maintain dead-filing system.

8. Log and tag all new keys.

9. Carry out a quarterly key audit.

10. Checking that invoices fororderedgoods are correct when applicable.


9am-6pm, Mon-Fri

Skills Required:

1. Team work skills to be able to work collaboratively and co-operatively with others

2. Excellent written English and good attention to detail, including proofreading skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy

3. Highly organised and very strong administrative skills
