An opportunity has opened up in our shoreditch cocktail bar and kitchen, the bar is large and mainly heavily wet led however christmas time sees huge food sales for large parties. We are looking for a extremely passionate chef who is considers Food safety as top priority.

The Venue specialises in Street Food, mainly burgers and platters for large group bookings.

You must have at least Level 2 food safety and completed within the last 2 years to apply. You should also be organised and hands on, we are very strict on food safety and cleanliness.

Christmas here is a big one with food sales jumping to huge numbers for the 4 weeks, and the menu is centred around canapes and bowl food so you should have experience with large corporate parties and able to run a team of chef in prep and service.

This position has a bonus structure attached to it which is aimed at food sales growth and Food safety scores.

This is a 5 day a week position and the hours are quite favourable at approximately 45 hours a week. The kitchen is open from 4pm Mon - Saturday until 10pm, The team is small so this is an intimate operation with 1 other chef and a part time KP.

Experience in british and american cuisine is essential as well as Canape's and light bites for large christmas bookings.
