We are looking for a Sous Chef who is confident to step in and manage the kitchen whilst the Head Chef is away. With imagination and flair, you’ll help to create new recipes and seasonal menus at one of the most prestigious law firms in London.

The role of Sous Chef is challenging and you’ll be expected to make sure your team is delivering a high standard of cuisine with our great tasting seasonal menus, whilst ensuring the quality is second to none with the best of British produce.

Other key responsibilities include:
• Managing food purchasing and storage
• Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
• A strong team player
