Chef de Partie - Required for Forge & Co, a British Brasserie, in Shoreditch. Competitive salary

An exciting British Brasserie up in the heart of Shoreditch. Spread over 4 floors, the lower two floors are a 100 cover restaurant, lounge area and bar and the upper 2 levels consist of co-working spaces for media professionals. The F&B offering is a British Brasserie, delivering casual dining with high levels of service, locally sourced products and innovative ideas. Cuisine is farm to table, modern British with a strong emphasis on local producers and regional produce.

To assist the Head Chef & the Sous Chef and help them with storage, preparation and cooking of all food items, whilst adhering to all Health and Food Safety regulations. Pastry experience would be favourable.

To also demonstrate and help maintain high levels of service that consistently exceeds the expectations of our customers.

Candidates must have previous experience in the role, attention to detail and be able to adhere to all food and safety hygiene regulations.
The candidate is required to have at least two years of experience in a similar role as we are looking to promote him to a sous chef within the first 3 months.
