Thanks for reading!

Nick Castle Osteopathy & Sports Medicine Clinics are looking for several highly motivated and enthusiastic Osteopaths/Physiotherapists and Sports Therapists to work in our South Kensington and Fulham Clinics.

We are based within a newly refurbished amazing facility called Best's Bootcamp (South Kensington)! and our flagship clinic in Fulham with three therapy rooms onsite.

As we are looking for several therapists we can potentially be quite flexible on shifts/days. There is certainly scope for full time work, but equally would suit someone looking for associate work 2-4 days a week for example to combine with other work commitments. We are open to suggestions! However, unfortunately one day per week availability wouldn't be enough for us at this time!

We are looking for a mixture of specialist interests. Whilst we're Sports Medicine/Sports Injury Clinics, we also treat pregnant ladies, babies and children, as well as patient's with neurological dysfunctions. So a sports interest is certainly not essential.

Your main roles/responsibilities will include:
• a predominantly musculoskeletal caseload, experience of exercise rehab is preferable and a strong manual therapy background is essential.
• Experience of sports massage is essential (ideally with a recognised qualification).
• Experience of building a busy patient list is preferred, and willingness to network within the gym and local business to grow your list is also essential.
• Confidence to work as an autonomous practitioner although support will be available from the Clinic Director, the therapist will be expected to treat independently on a day to day basis, however the Clinical Director will always be contactable throughout the day if required.
• Knowledge of common clinical presentations and an ability to identify red flags, ensuring the patient is safe to treat essential (tested on phone/face-to-face interview).
• A willingness to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team including cross referrals and in-house training.

Degree level qualification, 2 years post-graduate experience (having said that, an EXTREMELY enthusiastic and skilled new graduate will also be considered!).

Masters level qualification (physio/osteo/sports medicine/S&C etc), 5 years post-graduate experience.

You MUST be fully qualified and insured to perform all the treatments you can offer (we will check!).

Further qualifications; dry needling/acupuncture, NKT, AiM, Kinesiotape/Rocktape, manipulative therapy (if not an osteopath), Pilates and/or a Strength and Conditioning will be looked upon favourably. As will registration with insurance companies - BUPA, AXA PPP, PruHealth, WPA, CIGNA, etc.

Pay is based on a profit share % with room for progression.

Please note this is not a full time employed position; you will need to be a self-employed therapist registered with the HMRC to pay your own taxes.

On the first instance please email over your C.V., covering letter explaining a bit about yourself & why you'd like to work with us and a recent photo so we can put a face to the name.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Unfortunately due to the high number of applications, only successful applicants will be contacted.

Please Note: If you do not receive a reply by the 31st October 2017, then on this occasion you can consider your application unsuccessful.

Kind regards,

Nick Castle BSc (Hons) Sports & Musculoskeletal Osteopath, GSR, Soft Tissue Therapist and Medical Acupuncturist
