Microtalk is a telecommunications company, based in West London, near Hanger Lane station. We sell a wide range of telecom services, such as; phone, broadband. We operate a multi-currency accounting system using Xero.
We are looking for a permanent part-time Bookkeeper to work as a part of our team.
Job Function:
• Responsible for maintaining the Company Accounts in day-to-day operations
• Reporting to the Directors/Accountants with regard to all financial and accounting activities

Key areas of responsibility:
• Maintain an orderly accounting system
• Managing cash flow forecasting
• Bank account management and reconciliations
• Reconcile and balance Supplier accounts
• Data input of supplier invoices
• Manage all accounts payables
• Other Adhoc bookkeeping jobs
Who are we looking for?
• Qualified by experience, if not to AAT standard, and to be Xero proficient.
• A sound knowledge of double entry book keeping to TB level and working knowledge of cash book and purchase ledger.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Be confident working in GBP and USD
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work within a team and on one's own.
• A high level of personal organisation and planning ability.
• Strong and able communicator, able to convey information clearly and accurately verbally and in writing.

Hours are very flexible and could be 2-3 days or four mornings/afternoons per week. Start date mid-August 2017.
