A fast growing t shirt printing company in the East London area (Straftford E15 near Westfield Shopping Area) is looking to recruit an Office Admin/Tele Sales/Administrator on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for doing basic admin task, taking customer calls, making invoices. We will offer traning but their English command should be strong.

The role is very varied and will include aspects of general administration

Those that live in East London will be prefered and ideally if you have an experince in office then that would be great

You are expected to motivate and be motivated and be willing to work hard and learn new skills. Process driven, you will be a proficient pc user

The Job:

Taking phone calls
Should know basic Microsoft Excel, word etc
Office work, filling
Dealing with warehouse staff
Follow up customer issues etc
Raising invoices & following up

Skills for the job:

* If you have some office experience that will help
* Should be ready to work and be an all rounder
* You should be confident and friendly
* Computer literate
* Mon - Friday (we open 9:30 am)
