Lucky Pig is a vegetarian soul food kitchen that operates as part of the Paradise Palms venue on Bristo Square in the university quarter of Edinburgh. Since opening the restaurant just over a year ago it’s received local and national reviews, won a gold medal at the Scottish Food Awards and keeps growing week by week.
We’re looking for an experienced manager who is passionate about food & hospitality and keen to get to grips with a growing business. Your role would be to oversee the restaurant, help us refine the menu, look at marketing and bookings, create ordering and stock control systems, train staff and improve floor service to create an exemplary product. The role would also allow you time to help expand the business and look to new ventures together and projects together.
