Items defined as SNAD can be claimed for a number of different reasons:
- The item has missing parts that were mentioned in the Ad
- The item is the wrong colour or size
- The item is damaged (broken, ripped, stained, etc) that wasn’t mentioned in the Ad
- The item is counterfeit.
