How to Cancel on Order
- Navigate to your orders:
On Web: Click on the Menu.
On the App: Go to My Gumtree. - Click on My Orders and select the Bought/Sold tab.
- Find the order you want to cancel and click the three dots icon next to it.
- Click Cancel and select your reason from the list.
Buyers may cancel an order within 2 hours of successfully completing the payment at checkout, if the seller hasn’t already printed the delivery label needed to send the item. After this point, cancellation is no longer available.
