Disabled man requires a confident and reliable personal care assistant to live in.

3 weeks on and 4 weeks off. (Permanent)
Start date 27 August 2012

All meals and comfortable accommodation with TV,Free lnternet and CD player. You allso get a £15 weekly food allowance. There will be 3 hours off during the day, but this has to be flexible.

Applicants will be invited for an interviewed at my home in Telford, Shropshire.

Duties include assistance with all personal care, washing, toileting, bathing and dressing, preparing and cooking meals, house work, shopping, driving and escorting me to social activities. I need to be assisted with turning during night time. All transfers are done with use of ceiling track hoist. I cannot walk so I use an electric wheelchair

This is an ideal job for someone with a caring nature, pleasant personality, is intuitive, good company and has a sense of humour. The work isn’t hard physically but has unsocial hours. A Driving Licence is essential.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential.

Successful Applicants will be given training for a week by my present Personal Care Assistant to enable a smooth transition into new post.

Excellent pay (£669.00 per week) before Tax and National Insurance. Paid Holiday leave.
