Our unique boutique hotel which lies amongst the vast ski slopes of the stunning Jungfrau Region of Switzerland is currently completing its team for this coming winter season.

We are seeking to fill the position of CHEF DE PARTIE. Season dates approx. middle December 2012– end March 2013.


It is essential that you have experience and a proven tract record in an up market establishment. You should be fully qualified and have successfully completed an apprenticeship in classical French cuisine.

Gross salary CHF 3’800– 4’500
Languages: Intermediate – advanced English required.

All candidates must be over the age of 24 and be an EEC passport holder.

The monthly salary includes accommodation, health and accident insurance, pension scheme and tax payment. As a rule you would be required to work a 9 hour shift with 2 days off per week.
