Somerset Community Services in Wiltshire supports people to live independently at home. We are a strategic partner with Wiltshire Council and the NHS.

We are a homecare team, working in the community to deliver a high standard of care to people in their own homes. The role is interesting, rewarding and you will be fully supported along the way.

You will provide care and support for customers living independently at home in Melksham, Wiltshire. Please note there is no availability in Swindon.
