This is an office based role and main part of the job will be to provide Customer Service via e-mail and telephone. You will also be responsible for updating social media pages and monitoring feedback.

Requirements:

- You will need to speak and write English fluently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent IT skills
- Achieved GCSE A*-C or similar grades in English.
- Reside in Surrounding Areas or easy to commute to SE28
- Punctual
- Able to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Able to work alone/on own initiative and prioritise tasks

We use an in-house software, and training will be provided for this. Flexibility to undertake other tasks is also expected.
Previous Customer Service experience and knowledge of popular e-commerce auction sites would be an advantage.

Extra work may be involved during busy periods (particularly in the run-up to Christmas and Bank Holidays), often at short notice, so you will need to be flexible with working hours.

- Start: Immediate
- Working Hours Saturday & Sunday 08.50AM - 18.00PM
- £6.08 Per Hour + Incentives
- Holiday: Self Accrued Statutory Holiday
