• Warehouse organisation (Pro-active approach on future development, receiving of goods, packaging and products spec met, clearance lists)
• Obtain, move in and out, sort and organise products in the warehouse. (temperature controle, shelflife, codes, products description, size, packaging, aspect, freshness).
• Prepare sales orders, mark and label boxes.
• Load or unload vans & trucks.
• Manage vehicule fleet. (driving licence required).
• Regular organisation of inventory on product and material.
• Be able to manage software as SAP, stock management, Office pack, and outlook.
• Handle queries from customers and drivers (goods returned, note and signature on invoice, hygiene respect, safety regulation…)
• Manage the future warehouse team.
• Any relevant information about customers (comments, queries, run organisation…)
