Full time, live-in position available for a member of the waiting staff at The Pot Kiln, a renowned country pub and restaurant located in rural West Berkshire. Previous experience would be necessary, ideally in a similar environment. You will be working with the Restaurant Manager with all the usual duties of carrying out a restaurant service, setting up the restaurant, taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing down and relaying for next service. Must be confident enough to run the occasional service on your own. This would suit someone who is outgoing, enthusiastic and organised and wants to be an integral part of a small, friendly team.
