Fun & hard-working Part Time Waiter/Waitress wanted! TOPS is a dynamic and rapidly expanding company specialised in ‘theatre cooking and Eat As Much As You like’ at fixed price global buffet restaurant. We are also looking for a friendly, polite team player with personality that enjoys serving customers and customer interaction. Experience is not necessary but is definitely advantageous. Full / Part Time Receptionist / Telephonist
TOPS is a dynamic and rapidly expanding company specialised in ‘theatre cooking and Eat As Much As You like’ at fixed price global buffet restaurant. We are seeking the person who will act as an ambassador for the company as you are the first line of contact for all customers;
Greet and welcome all customers entering the restaurant in a smiling, friendly and professional manner as well as directing them to the correct destination if necessary;
Maintain a safe, neat and tidy reception area at all time; ensure your work station is always stocked with the correct equipment;
Effectively answer all incoming phone calls, make sure all accurate details of reservation are taken;
Be aware of restaurant’s opening time, prices and current restaurant policy as well as any current or forthcoming promotional activity;
Deal with customer complaints in a professional manner;
The work involves split shifts and evening and weekend work will be required.
