The Paradise by way of Kensal Green is a West London pub with an amazing restaurant, garden, roof terrace, private dining rooms, club and dance floor, karaoke room and more. It is part of a company which owns several unique venues all with their own quirks and niches.

Our head chef Tim Payne, ex-Executive chef for Marco Pierre White, leads the kitchen in producing our British cuisine sourced from local produce that is always fresh, seasonal and of the highest quality to enhance our ever-changing menu.

We are currently seeking full and part time, experienced, hospitality professionals that are seeking the next step in their career and wish to develop and grow with a company that provides ongoing and excellent training.

Only candidates fulfilling the following criteria need apply:
A genuine desire to excel in a hospitality career
A minimum of 1 year a-la-carte dining experience in a restaurant or gastro-pub setting (preferably serving British cuisine)
A sound knowledge of a variety of both old and new world wines
A desire to learn and develop


We will provide:
