I will be happy, if you can help me. I am looking for a job. I do prefer a full time.
My name is Alena Kovacova, I am 24 years old, from Slovakia.
I am looking for a new challenge.
Having studied Hotel Academy for 5 years. I can assure you that I am hardworking, reliable, friendly and enjoy communicating with all members of the staff. I am enthusiastic with a positive and can-do attitude which is essential for the job, fast, talking really good english.
Customers are priority for me...
I am good at taking food orders, guest relations and cleaning & resetting up tables.
My years of working at places like Maison Blanc or Subway have taught me that there are four key ingredients to being a successful server:

let customers know they matter;
work with the kitchen to establish a flow;
arrive in plenty of time before your shift to prepare; and
always be reliable.

I have plenty of experience with customer service, as receptionist or as waiter. I been working in sandwich shop, coffee shop and hotel as a waiter.
I wish to expand my career further, into the consultancy role.
