Good level of numeracy, literacy and IT skills (Word and Excel) is essential. Must have good communication skills. Must be organized and enthusiastic. Duties include reception, answering the telephone, filling photo copying, updating spreadsheets and any other tasks as required. 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
