The apprentice will be required to build, repair and configure IT equipment and peripherals to customer specifications for the domestic market and small businesses.
Initial role will be software tester/web designer. Main duties to start, will be to test new websites, and provide helpdesk support service when trained.
Initial duties most likely involve software and web testing to start, but likely to progress into some use of design software. Some project work potentially available, setting up a server for the company
The apprentice will be required to deal with customers directly in person or upon the telephone, providing advice and support.
Who we are looking for: 16 to 18 year olds
(19+ spaces will be limited but can apply) with a strong desire to work within the IT industry and who would benefit from gaining world recognised qualifications and the benefits of work experience integrated into the course.
An opportunity for individuals who have the drive, passion and commitment to obtain their level 3 qualification along with CompTIA A+, and Microsoft MTA qualifications.
Giving you the entry requirements to work within the IT industry.

37.5 Hours per week, Mon to Fri
We will put you through college with 1 week at college and 1 week at work for 12 months.
