Trainee Manager

Salary:£21,740
This year, we have plans to open lots of new stores. It means lots of newly created opportunities for Trainee Managers - people with a true passion for retail and the potential to progress to Store Manager within the next 12 months.
We look for people who know how to get things done, coupled with a straightforward, honest approach to their work. We'll build on your experience with a structured development programmethat will show you how to thrive in what must be the most fun, fast-moving retail environment you'll find.
Show us you can help direct a team to deliver their best possible performance and in 12 months you'll have a store of your own. And, as well as the freedom to lead in your way and the guidance to discover what really good looks like, you'll relish taking responsibility for recruitment, networking with Head Office and helping other talented team members to progress.
If you have retail experience in a similar high-volume, fast-paced environment (ideally retail) plus a clear understanding of how to hit KPIs, we'd like to hear from you. And we promise: you'll never look back.
