We are looking for an candidate to join our small esate agent. This is a full-time position, the ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a Property Industry and own transport is essential.

Duties Include:

Keeping up-to-date with trends in the local residential property market as well as commercial market.

Marketing & promoting properties for sales and expanding sales market.

Must be able to draw up tenancy agreement contracts.

Handling with sales negotiations.

Listing, registering applicants, arranging viewings, attending viewings and chasing sales.

Other general duties.
