£16-18k OTE £40k Year 1. £60k year 2.

A degree education or equivalent is useful but not essential, a good work ethic is a prerequisite as is the ability to think on your feet, close deals and manage multiple assignments simultaneously. This is a work hard play hard environment with huge earning potential for those who aspire to be the best. A background in sales, telesales or even targeted customer service is a good starting point however each trainee will receive extensive training and development from experienced members of the team.
