We are an international head hunting agency, specialised in Asset Management which has an impressive client-list spanning most of the top international Banks and Law Firms around the world.
Currently we have a position open for a trainee headhunter to assist senior consultants with mid to senior level positions within Europe. The position leads to becoming an independent consultant who will be managing his/her own international desk.

PURPOSE OF ROLE (until becoming independent consultant):
To assist Consultants with effective and timely assignment delivery. To undertake executive research, and candidate management activities, and keep candidate and client information updated.
During the training your will be introduced to head hunting and search techniques. You will be supporting consultants working on diverse number of markets; you will learn how to pitch potential clients and candidates; you will be contributing to the execution of placements. You will work closely with senior consultants across a variety of assignments, maintaining regular updates and liaising with clients until you become independent consultant.
Oversee and conduct initial research into target organizations and industry sectors
Attend meeting and update the Consultant on progress of own engagements, difficulties, potential engagements and capacity.
Involved in identification of candidates, as appropriate, across sectors, qualification and communication with candidates
Capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate information on the companys database
Approach suitable candidates and screen against agreed competencies and criteria for each project.
Gain candidate and business development referrals from all targeted individuals.
Participation in candidate interviews along with Consultant.
At later stage attending various conferences and events (internationally)
Degree or of Degree calibre
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiastic and resilient and persistent
Results orientated and delivery focused
Excellent team player
MS Office and the Internet
Knowledge of a second European language is desirable, but not necessary.
