My client, a busy call centre requires a Telephone Negotiator to join their busy team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a call centre and dealing with debt recovery and collection. You will have excellent communication skills both speaking and listening and you will be able to work in a team as well as using your initiative. Good IT skills and keyboard skills will be required for the role together with a positive attitude and professional demeanour. Smart business wear along with good time keeping are essential attributes for the position.
The shift patterns Monday- Friday are 8am to 2.30pm or 2.30pm- 9.00pm and you will be required to work every other Saturday.
